Shipping

Ready-to-ship items are generally processed within 2 to 5 working days. Small-batch cement pieces, made-to-order items, custom fandom work, and diorama builds may require additional production time before dispatch.

Where an order contains both ready stock and made-to-order pieces, the order may be shipped together once the full set is ready unless split shipping is specifically offered at checkout or confirmed by support.

We currently ship within India. Delivery timelines depend on destination, courier serviceability, weather conditions, public holidays, and operational disruptions beyond our control.

Estimated timelines shown on the site are indicative only and do not create a guaranteed delivery commitment unless expressly stated for a specific drop or campaign.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, reachable mobile number, and any landmark details required for successful delivery.

If an order is delayed, returned, or marked undeliverable because of incorrect address details, repeated non-availability, or refusal to accept delivery, re-dispatch may be charged at actual cost.

Fragile and heavy items such as cementware are packed with additional cushioning. Even so, customers should inspect the package on delivery and photograph any visible external damage before opening whenever possible.

Risk in transit remains with us until delivery is completed, but claims for transit damage are much easier to resolve when reported promptly with clear photos of the outer package, inner packaging, invoice, and affected product.
